根據試驗結果可知,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拉伸強度受溫度和應變率因素影響。借鑒對合金材料熱拉伸變形模型中峰值應力的預測方法,其函數表達式可通過ZenerHollomon參數與峰值應力的關系,來確定溫度和應變率與峰值應力的表達式。結合本文的試驗結果發現,峰值應力預測模型通過該硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠在溫度和應變率變化條件下的拉伸結果確定模型參數后,也可以很好的進行硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料的拉伸強度預測。Zener-Hollomon參數與拉伸強度的關系,如式(4.3)所示:其中,6p為拉伸強度,A,a和材是材料常數。Z是Zener-Hollomon參數,它是溫度校正應變率,表示由溫度和應變率引起的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠材料熱變形行為影響。根據Zener-Hollomon參數可以很好的分析溫度和應變率的禍合影響。其中,E一應變率(ls)T一溫度(K),Q一熱變形的活化能(J/mol),R一通用氣體常數(定值8.31J/Cmol*K)。公式(<4.3)中的溫度和應變率與拉伸強度之間關系,可利用Sellars和Mctegart的熱變形機理方程來表達,即Arrhenius類型的關系方程,如式(4.5)所示:其中,A,a和n"是材料常數。方程(4.5)可簡化為兩種表達形式,分別為冪次方程和指數方程。如方程(4.6)和(4.7)所示:其中,A,A”和聲是材料常數,且根據熱變形機理方程之間的關系,可知材料常數之間存在/3=axn的關系。www.freightconnects.com
